Apr 19, 2011 - no its not. i live in Cali and my buddies who are 15 go every weekend. You just have to have a float tube waiver signed by your parents in order to go float tubing if you are under 18. If you are under 12 then you need a legal parent or gaurdian with you while you are float tubing

Feb 26, 2012 - I've got some, but they aren't insulated. I did this so I can use them in the summer too and not sweat so much. In the colder seasons I just layer some sweatpants and that seems to work pretty well.

Mar 3, 2012 - It was the cheapest one available but it does its job. I have a kayak now and this tube did get popped by a bass spine, but I will continue to use it this year. There's no point in spending over 300 dollars on a tube man they all do the same thing

May 17, 2012 - Great advice there, bud. You DON'T have to spend a ton of money on a float tube to get a decent one. Do yourself a favor and learn something about what you're talking about before you open your trap.

May 17, 2012 - Just a suggestion... it's much easier to walk backwards when you're wearing fins. One of the main reasons I prefer an open front tube... much easier to get in and out of the water.
