Aug 29, 2009 - I have done this fishing for steelhead and larger trout. The thrill is when you get a 5 pounder, on the fish will make runs just below your fins, and you get to do some quick manuevering with your tube as you spin a 180. This is definitely a thrill with larger fish.

Sep 25, 2010 - Nice Vid. Ireland is such a beautiful country. While in the Military I flew back and forth over it going from the US to England and back many times, and it is so pretty green and I love the fields defined by the rock walls. I just bought myself a Tube today at a yard sale and will have to try it out on some of our local lakes here in New Mexico. Boats with other than electric motors aren't allowed, so it should be just about perfect. I'll go catch and realease some rainbows. Happy Fishing to you

Mar 1, 2011 - I have to say, if there's any genuine record of a person being attacked by a pike when swimming, I'd certainly like to hear about it. To my knowledge this has never happened, hence the statement that the risk is low, but ignorance is bliss, I suppose!
