Oct 27, 2011 - Although Rehberg calls this a memorial, it is not a memorial. It is a Catholic shrine. The Knights of Columbus flip-flopped and suddenly are now calling it a memorial when in fact when they applied for an extension, they called it a shrine. KofC are liars.
