Oct 25, 2011 - This bill was introduced because the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and National Park Service deliberately impede the Border Patrol's access to the border in the name of environmentalism. All the bill does is put the Border Patrol's mission at the head of the list of government missions along the border. Agents will no longer have to get permission from agencies with other agendas to go places they have gone for decades.

Oct 25, 2011 - This video is an intentional distortion of the facts about HR-1505. I strongly urge you to read the Congressional Testimony and read the October 7, 2011, revised bill. As far as The Department of Homeland Security is concerned, "the border is safer than it has ever been, " The agents on the ground on both borders and Brian Terry's family do not agree with DHS. Support this bill to help the agents on the ground do the job you are demanding that they do.

Nov 14, 2011 - Rheberg also stated that sheriffs in each county will have a say in any actions the federal border guards use. I don't buy the land grab things you people are putting forth. This is about stopping rabid environmentalism in order to guard the border, nothing else.
