May 22, 2012 - Its a launch control called a "2-step" the quick firing rapid noise your hearing its his turbo spooling up, that is called anti-lag, which is when the turbo doesnt stop spooling, its building up boost. Thats why the flames are shooting out of his exhaust

May 22, 2012 - The turbo is causing/making that sound, but the sound your hearing is it exiting through the exhaust. aka the quick popping noise. Search anti-lag on youtube to get a better idea
